Our staffing process starts with a free consultation where job descriptions and specifications are developed for our recruiting department. This consultation reveals all of our client's requirements such as training & experience; background; education, licensure & certifications; and specific skills.

This process gives us the capabilities of searching our database down to a finite element to pre-qualify candidates who meet our clients' needs. It also allows our recruiters to communicate effectively with client managers to avoid wasting time on unqualified candidates, and to review any stage of a candidate's placement, from candidate submittal to clients' decision on the candidate.

Depending on the size and urgency of the project, a recruiter or group of recruiters will be assigned. From that point, our recruiters use their search results to contact and interview candidates, and verify to all of the required information to match the job description as closely as possible. The recruiter will then obtain current references and perform client-required background investigations. When all of the information has been verified, the resumes will then be submitted to the client for interview or selection.

If we have a need to go outside of our database to obtain additional resumes, Premise Technical Services advertises in top newspapers, trade magazines and multiple web sites.
