Premise Technical Services, through its association with Premise Networks, Inc. has put together one of the most technical resume database in the utility industry. It has the ability to staff any type of Industry or program whether it is hourly consultants needed on a long term basis or full technical permanent placement services. The database is made up of over 100,000 technical resumes covering many disciplines including Telecommunication Services, CATV, Wireless, Networks, IT, Power, Gas, Military and Water. Our current database gives us the capabilities of running searches based on criteria the client has provided. The process starts when a Field Manager emails a job description form to our Recruiting Department. This form will include all of the clients' requirements such as, technical background, education and specific skills. This system gives us the capabilities of searching our database down to a finite element to meet the clients' needs. This software program allows managers and recruiters to review any stage of a candidate's placement, from candidate submittal to clients' decision on the candidate. This information is then assigned to a recruiter or group of recruiters depending on the size and urgency of the contract. From that point, the recruiter will use the search results to contact and interview the candidate and verify all of the required information to match the job description as closely as possible. The recruiter will then obtain resumes and contact current references received from the candidate. When all of the information has been verified, the resumes will then be submitted to the client for interview or selection. If for some reason we have a need to go outside of our database to obtain additional resumes, Premise Networks advertise weekly in top trade magazines and multiple web sites.
