Meet the Leadership Team at Premise Technical Services, Inc.
Dave Cook is President and a Director of Premise Technical Services, Inc. Dave brings over twenty years of top management experience in telecommunications staffing and project management. Dave leads our telecom division, which provides engineering, outside plant, central office and facilities management services. Prior to creating Premise Technical Services, Dave served as a Senior Vice President with OSP Consultants and RJE Telecom where he managed national and international projects, directed immigration and visa processes, and developed leading-edge telecom staffing software — data management techniques.
Larry Holt serves as a Chairman of the Board of Premise Technical Services, Inc. Larry brings 35 years construction experience in engineering, plowing, trenching copper and fiber cables, installing manhole and conduit systems, contract negotiation, and management of Premise Networks, Inc., Graham, NC, where he also serves as a Director and Officer.
Darrell Holt serves as a Director on the Board of Premise Technical Services, Inc. Darrell brings 35 years experience in commercial and government telecommunications and broadband network, certifications in various safety areas as well as fiber splicing, termination and testing, and management of international contracts, employees and subcontractors for Premise Networks, Inc., Graham, NC, where also serves as a Director and Officer.
Matt Hannam serves as the Director of Recruitment for Premise Technical Services, Inc. Matt has a diverse background as both an Educator and Technical Recruiter. From 1998 to 2000 Matt worked as an elementary teacher in Wasagamack, Manitoba, Canada, and Lexington, North Carolina. In the spring of 2000, Matt joined the OSP Consultants and RJE Telecom recruiting department as a Technical Recruiter, where he was promoted in 2003 to Recruiting Manager. Matt served in that capacity until joining Premise Technical Services, Inc. in the fall of 2007. Matt has a strong knowledge of various regulated and non-regulated OSP/ISP technical jobs and practices — ranging from OSP Engineering and Construction to ISP Networking and Central Office operations. As a community volunteer Matt has served the Boy Scouts of America SWFL Council for six years in various capacities.
