NOC Technician/Network Administrator
The NOC Technician/Network Administrator will provide technical support for Cisco Based LAN/WAN in a campus environment in Littleton, Co. The candidate must possess a working knowledge of HP Openview, and Unix Operating Systems for management platforms. Familiarity with Remedy trouble ticketing systems updates and administration is a plus. Ability to use in-band and out of band channels for troubleshooting and repair of Networks is required. Knowledge of Cisco Systems Command Line Interface for switches and routers is required. The candidate will be required to remotely manage, troubleshoot, and diagnose network problems, and provide preventive and remedial maintenance on Cisco and other manufacturer network equipment as required.
This position may require overtime as authorized and shift work differential as needed.

Requirements:Qualifications/Education:
HS Diploma and Cisco Professional Certification (CCNA or higher) 2 years experience in working as a network administrator and/or help desk environments. A Degree is a plus.
