Description:PREMISE TECHNICAL SERVICES INC IS PAYING TOP DOLLAR FOR THIS POSITION! THE POSITION CAN BE TEMP TO PERM OR FULLY CONTRACT FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT.

The Contractor shall provide a Site Manager who will be the on-site manager responsible for all work performed under this contract.

Requirements:The individual assigned by the Contractor to this position shall meet the following minimum requirements:

a. Minimum of ten (10) years of general experience in the telephony industry with at least five (5) years of specialized experience managing a Nortel SL-100 system, and recent experience managing a Nortel CS2100 system and Avaya Modular Messaging System.

b. Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical management discipline.

c. The Site Manager will lead, support, design, implement, and provide capacity planning on all voice and data communication functions, as well developing and implementing related staff policies and procedures.

d. The Site Manager will be required to make technical decisions that result in a scalable and supportable environment and be involved in regular interaction and consultation with cross-functional IT groups to drive cross-functional problem resolution and design consultation.

e. The Site Manager will be required to consult with internal Government personnel and external technical personnel to develop system solutions consistent with organizational objectives.

f. The Site Manager will be required to manage telecommunications voice and data communications purchases/leases, warranties, technical support agreements, maintenance plans and service level agreements, and product evaluation and test and acceptance.

g. The Site Manager will be required to prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends, service ability trends and issues, trouble resolution trends and issues, and improvement plans where requested by the Government.

h. The Site Manager will be accountable for the successful completion of assigned engineering projects and tasks, from design, engineering, and development, to integration, implementation, testing, and turnover, including monitoring project and task teams, operational standards development, and vendor provisioning of telecommunications products and services to meet business, architectural and operational policies and requirements of the Government.
